Tell us how you got interested in racing:
I grew up around racing. I started running
karts at the age of 14, with my neighbor, Joe Barger.
Won a few races throughout the
years, and had a ton of fun. Then started running a
purestock in 04. I ran purestocks
off and on until last season. I started running Ministocks
Last season.
Tell us about your family:
I have a son Tyler that is a year old, He's my number
1 fan! My dad (Don Walp), has raced since I can remember
(and before then). My brother, Steve has raced since
Ican remember too, I have various family members that
have things to do with motorsports.

List your career high lights:
Won Burris Asphalt Oval Karting Series points in 2006
in Heavy and Super Heavy Class,
Finished 5th in the S.E.I.D.S.
Super Heavy Class
Points in 2006.
Finished in the Top 20 of points at Twincities in 04.
Which one of your races stands out the most in
your mind and why:
The National Indoor Karting Champoinships in 05, Me
and some friends went down and ran, There were over
500 entries trying to qualify for a 20 kart show. We
ended up 21st and 23rd fastest, and my truck got STOLEN!
We all know it takes more than one person to
be successful in racing, who do you
feel contributes to your career sucess?
My Family, My racing partner, Gary Amos, and
