Mike Bechelli - #97 Crate Late Model

I ran into Mike Bechelli, shown above, with his hand extended, who shook my hand with a firm grip.
"How are ya?", I asked.
"Great, and you?", he replied with a big grin. His car was sitting in the background all ready, waiting to go on the track.
Mike Bechelli has been key in getting the Indiana Crate Series going. He also owns a parts business, and I notice a lot of cars has 'Bechelli Racing' displayed on the bodies. He has been in racing for about 45 years. He and his wife, Donna, have two children. Mike has 13 track championships under his belt.

I know I didn't capture everyone and all the drivers. I wish I could of. But know, all are special, and they all are important. There were so many cars, and so many workers I didn't get to capture this go round. In the future, I will try to cature more of them in later additions. It takes all of them to make things happen at the track.

Mason and Tawyna Fleetwood both really appreciate all the devoted fans and drivers. "Without their support, it wouldn't be possible to be successful in this business", Mason commented.

I just wanted to close this addition with this thought. Next time you go to Twin Cites Raceway Park, remember all the work that goes in to this sport. Remember that drivers, crews, and track workers, spend all week, each week, working feverishly to get things ready so that fans can enjoy a great night of racing. Sometimes the track doesn't cooperate so well, or things don't always go as planned, but they really try hard doing what they can for the track. They are under appeciated at times.

Kudo's to them, the drivers, and the crews for their hard work! Thanks from the fans...

AND...Thanks from Indiana Dirt Scoops!
